Rev. Michael & Michelle Dellaperute

Pastor Mike tricked Michelle into marrying him way back in 1992, and their love for one another and the Lord has produced an immediate family of four awesome boys and an extended family of countless children, teens, and adults at Calvary. Although they have served as volunteer youth workers for as long as they both can remember, Pastor Mike accepted the calling to full time ministry at Calvary Baptist Church in 2001, and for 8 years they lived the carefree lives of youth pastor and wife. Together, they served to lead teens to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and then torture them with long puppet and drama practices (and even longer messages) as they made young disciples of Christ. During that time, Pastor Mike and Michelle have initiated several local ministries through Calvary Baptist Church including the Youth Ministry Team, Family Fun Night, the Good Friday Youth Service, and the One Way Club. They have also led teen mission trips throughout North and Central America. Michelle loves music and helped lead the music, puppet, and drama youth ministries. Along with his service at Calvary Baptist Church, Pastor Mike is also a volunteer public high school abstinence speaker through My Life My Choices, the sponsor of the Sr. and Jr. High One Way Club (The Bible and prayer club for Pinelands Regional Schools), a member of the Shore Youth Network, a regular upper and lower school chapel speaker at the Pilgrim Academy, and an adjunct Bible professor at Philadelphia Biblical University where he earned his MDIV in the fall of 2008. In June of 2009, after much prayer and counsel, Pastor Mike and Michelle gladly accepted the demotion to senior pastor, and are excited for what the Lord has in store for Calvary Baptist Church!

Rev. Bryan & Janice Murawski

Almost ten years ago, Bryan Murawski felt God tugging at his heart to spend his life making disciples out of teenagers. At first he thought it was just gas from the tacos he just ate that were talking to him, but after reaching out to his friends through a Bible Study in his house during high school, he realized that his gifts and passions were in church ministry.

Luckily he didn’t have to serve the Lord alone. During his senior year of high school he met his bride-to-be Janice, who after some reluctance decided to date him. Janice eventually followed Bryan to Philadelphia Biblical University, and after a ridiculously long engagement they married in June 2007.

During his time at PBU, Bryan served three internships, spent three years as a Resident Assistant, published a book (Creature Without Fear), enjoyed a number of speaking engagements at places such as America’s Keswick and Harvey Cedars Bible Conference, worked as a Greek tutor, ate a lot of unhealthy food, and still managed to graduate top of his class (Janice graduated #2 a year later… but he doesn’t hold that against her!).

Right out of college Bryan and Janice began full-time ministry in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. After two years of ministry there, they decided through much prayer and counsel that God was calling them to serve in the midst of greenheads and mosquitoes instead of the sun and sand! Bryan still believes that the only reason they were offered the position here at Calvary was because his and Janice’s middle names are… Mike and Michelle!
