Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to bring anything?

No, we only need you to fill out basic information as required by the county.

  • Do I need to attend church to be able to use the Food Pantry?

No, there are no requirements for you to attend our church. The Food Pantry is open to everyone in need.

  • What foods do you have available?

We can not guarantee anything, but we typically have canned food items, soups, cereals, mac & cheese, peanut butter, jelly, fresh or frozen meats, milk, and eggs.

We also typically have bakery items from Acme along with frozen food items from Wawa and Walmart.

  • Do you have other home necessities?

Depending on donations, we sometimes have toilet paper, soaps, shampoos and other toiletries.

  • Do you deliver?

No, we do not deliver. If you are unable to attend yourself, please fill out the form to designate an alternative person to pick up food on your behalf.

  • Any other days/times?

No, our Food Pantry is only open on the days & times listed above.

Additionally, the church office does not run the Food Pantry and cannot open it to those who stop by during the week.

  • Where do you get the food and supplies from?

Our church family donates food items or give financially so that we can help our community. We are teamed up with FULFILL (Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean County) where we can get food for free or for very discounted prices to be able to provide it to those in need.

We also receive weekly bakery donations from the Acme in Tuckerton, bakery items from BJ's in Manahawkin, fresh or frozen food from Walmart in LEH, and frozen meals from the Wawa on the corner of Frog Pond & Rt.539.

  • How can I help or donate?

For food donations, items must have legible, valid expiration dates and can be donated when the Food Pantry is open, or before or after one of our services or events at the church. Items may be left by the Welcome Center in the lobby or in the black container outside the main entrance.

For clothing donations, all clothes should be put in our donation bins located in the parking lot across the street from the Parkertown Firehouse.

Again, please DO NOT leave any donations outside of our buildings.

We DO NOT accept used toys, furniture, appliances, etc.

If you have any questions, please contact the church office.
